  I had a very unpleasant customer's experience.When i call to place my order the lady that answer sounded very upsetting becuase i made an order and then i changed to something.then when i went in to pick up my order the woman who help me was upset because i used a coupon.she made me feel as if i jad committed a crime for use a coupon.very unpleasent situation.and to top it off my cup wasnt even fill all the way.

  My mother died and the last meal we had together was at this Perkins. Today was her birthday so I wanted to sit in the booth that we last sat in together, on the last day I saw her. As I walked in, we were being taken to be seated and I noticed the booth was free, but needed to be cleaned off. I politely asked if we could sit there. The person seating us turned abruptly to walk away and I asked if she heard me and she slammed the silverware and napkins down she was holding and said "I need to clean it." She was very rude and, since I walked in crying anyway, it wasn't something I needed. When she came back to clean the table, I told her I'd like another waitress. She then said she was the manager. Well that makes it worse and more ridiculous, if that's the example she sets. It might've been the last place I ate with my Mom, but it'll also be the last time I eat at this location.

  hiking the prices isn't justified here. the service is really good and friendly, but the food isn't of quality to pay $11 for a subpar cheeseburger and 12 fries. they cut portions down but raised the prices so it's pretty disappointing because i'd be more than happy if their food quality improved with it; but it didn't.
